1. Program description

When you opt in, Militia Marketing sends text messages related to your application and, if you are engaged, your onboarding and work — for example, application status updates, scheduling and interview reminders, and onboarding notifications.

2. Consent is not a condition

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying, of any purchase, or of any engagement with us. SMS is optional; you can apply and be considered without opting in.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stage in the application and onboarding process.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Militia Marketing does not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opting out and getting help

• STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and we will stop sending texts to that number.
• HELP: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@militia.marketing.

6. Carriers

Supported carriers may include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

7. Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
